Jumping off the ground and landing on the kerbside (or any similar object) and jumping off the kerbside and landing on the ground will bring great benefit for the improvement of postural stability, postural strength, motor skill, improvement of mobility of the feet and agility of the whole body.

Just two to three minutes of practicing this exercise (a few jumps off the kerbside to the ground and a few jumps off the ground to the curbside) somehow revitalising effect on the mind and body.
This is one of the exercises where the mind and body is involved. By doing this exercise, it is impossible to think what you have done yesterday or what you will do tomorrow, or what is happening now in some other place.

The improvement of motor skill ability is possible only by doing exercises where at the same time, the mind and body is involved.
